BACKSTORYSince the end of 2016, I've only worked with organisations that do good.Before that, after a decade of working in top communication agencies and co-founding my own software startup, I realised that something was missing. I needed a deeper purpose and greater goal.So, in 2017 I took a break and went pro bono as a service designer for social organisations.I spent the whole year helping teams in elderly care, education, employment, and integration. Together we designed, tested and launched new products and services. This experience was life-changing.
