Furthermore, I co-created the x-lab design for a redesign of the overall innovation architecture in HK together with the innovation strategy. This among other involved design of stage-gate models, KPI-design and the future direction for the innovation activities within the organisation as well in relation to partners outside the firm (open innovation). As co-founder of the start-up Reeeplay, a now closed project focusing on a business model around recycled toys, I was co-responsible for user research, strategic partnerships, UX-strategy and business development.Although the start-up did not make it I learned a lot about using design thinking in the approach to management, developing digital services and involving users.

As a Social Media Consultant I was responsible for community management, tone of voice and implementing the overall strategy for a large Danish FMCG-brand on Facebook and Instagram. Overall, the fan penetration on Facebook increased 37,16 % and the viral amplification increased 136,36 %.
