Worked with the Advisory board to develop and implement the strategic direction of the School in its transition to independence. In charge of:- Providing leadership, direction, and support across management, staff, and faculty.- Ensuring compliance with the accreditations set up and transfer. Successfully prepared and obtained the AEFE French Accreditation.- Ensuring day-to-day operations in compliance with applicable ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.- Creating and maintaining an environment that ensures the safety, health and welfare of students and staff. Complying with all child protection and mandated reporter policies.- Ensuring the fiscal well-being of the school by preparing and implementing budgets in collaboration with the financial leadership team and the Board.- Developing advancement / fundraising goals and work with all stakeholders to achieve these.- Overseeing the recruiting, hiring, development / professional growth, and evaluation of staff.- Collaborating with admissions personnel to establish admissions criteria, set enrollment goals, and monitor the implementation of the admissions process.- Promoting harmonious relationships between students, faculty, and administrators.- Effectively communicating to all stakeholders, including the Board.- Promoting the school and the mission externally.- Knowing, implementing, and encouraging implementation of all policies and procedures.

In charge of the implementation of the Bilingual Hour on all LILA elementary campuses by:- Providing elementary cycle 1 & 2 teachers thematic overview, weekly progression and propositions of implementation- Creating tools to enable teachers to collaborate online and share their experiences- Monitoring and evaluating the Bilingual Hour initiative- Providing guidance with teacher observation and feedback and in-service day training
