They value my style and ability to take complex neuroscientific concepts and demonstrate the profits available by employing them, and as such, trust me to help them help even more people.Over the years, here are some of the projects I've been involved with:- providing comprehensive feedback on a draft version of Amy Brann’s first book, How to Make Your Brain Work,- designing and delivering a Positive Psychology training session at Bangor University,- delivering a presentation, How to Scientifically Break Through your Comfort Zone To Grow, at the EMCC Ireland National Conference,- delivering the inaugural ‘Neuroscience for Coaches’ training programme, via a mix of face-to-face and virtual sessions, over 4 months,- partnering on the game-changing 'Building Better Brains' programme from Neuroscience At Work, specifically from a creative and a strategic angles.

Responsible for the development and implementation of the communications strategy that has underpinned the Ingersoll Rand International programme. This covered the establishment of a $4 billion global trading company in Ireland, now employing over 300 people, and in parallel the deployment of an Oracle ERP platform to a multi-lingual, global, user community. Also, accountable for the development of all the media needed to support internal and external briefing, ensured that all changes were communicated in an effective and coordinated way to all internal and external stakeholders, created the supporting intranet site and acted as webmaster and managed the documentation library associated with the training of c2000 internal and external users.

Managed the English, German, French and Spanish production of both marketing and shareholder collateral and financial reports for the Sales and Distribution division. Worked in collaboration with the legal, design, fund accounting and production departments and ensured the timely production of all literature, while maintaining budgets to keep projects on track.

Concentrated on improving communications for one of Gateway’s sales department. Internally, focused on ensuring that all team members had full knowledge of all sales offerings thanks to the use of leaflets and fact sheets and also the distribution of an IT market research communicated via an electronic newsletter, which increased understanding of Gateway competitors and highlighted new technologies. Externally, created and implemented a set of standardised documents to create ongoing communication with existing Gateway clients and also targeted prospects with promotional and direct marketing materials; all of these activities combined to improve the support given to the team and increased the success of sales lead and prospect generation.
