I manage RTBF's audio strategy in Belgium. 🎙️ Background and vision 📻 With a wealth of experience and a solid personality, I'm a listening decision-maker with a passion for radio and podcasts. My career path began in 1995 at Studio École de France in Paris, followed by key responsibilities within major international media groups in France and abroad, where I managed production units and on-air teams. Since 2015, I've been putting this expertise to good use at RTBF.At the same time, I sit on the Board of the private-public consortium maRadio.be and have served two terms on the EBU until April 2023. I also chair the MFP digital audio commission, which brings together experts from French-speaking public media.I defend an optimistic and enlightened vision of radio's transformation, convinced that digital audio can now capture attention like never before, in a world saturated by screens. In an age of platformization, I advocate maintaining a direct link with our audience by controlling our content and using data to personalize our offerings and optimize the user experience, whose constantly evolving uses are dominated by smartphones and connected devices. My in-depth knowledge of the radio industry is reinforced by a cross-disciplinary vision of the media.I'm a firm believer in collaborative management and enjoy learning from my teams. As their leader, I see myself as a coach, inspiring vision and human values, encouraging the participation of free minds in our thinking. Innovation comes from experimentation, and that's my core belief.
