The reproducibility of the structure and the electrical properties of the resulting superlattices were investigated. A bulk quantity of the [(Bi2Te3)5(TiTe2)4] superlattice was also prepared, and its electrical and thermal properties were measured and used to evaluate its thermoelectric performance. Show less
