Major accomplishments and responsibilities include:1. Project leader working with internal supply chain team and external suppliers to add functional enhancements to a legacy Purchasing system. Business requirements were developed with business leaders (internal and external) with the ultimate goal of Vendor visibility of the Just-in-Time assembly needs based on Manufacturing and Shipping schedules and Vendor Lead Times. All approved requirements were successfully delivered over a 2 phase approach to the project with 50% of the total productivity gains realized upon completion of phase 1.2. Project manager working with Manufacturing engineers, store room team members and the Oracle team to install and successfully test a Kitting sub-system at a factory in Puerto Rico. Project challenges that I am proud to say that I successfully overcame included the distance factor to the Puerto Rico factory and the offshore Oracle development team.3. Participated and led sub-teams in a series of successful and highly visible week long Kaizen events held at the factory location over a period of 6 months. The areas of focus were storeroom to assembly point-of-use JIT delivery and stocking, receiving processes to reduce waste in delivery and stowing and outdoor locator system for storing large material with barcode locators.

Major accomplishments and responsibilities include:1. Recipient of Hussmann's President's Award for internal audit SOX documentation resulting in zero defects reported by the PWC auditors. Documentation model was subsequently deemed the "standard" and I deployed this process at 2 additional locations.2. Development of business requirements and technical requirements and subsequent Oracle load testing for data extraction and conversion from Legacy systems for Oracle EBS. Bridgeton operation successfully converted to Oracle in late 2011.3. Implemented a well-received process from the Legacy database files to extract monthly scheduled shipments, calculate costs (labor, material, overhead), and ultimately show plant management the projected margins and incomes for all scheduled shipments. This home-grown process was so depended on by the business, that it was a required new process prior to going to Oracle.4. Modifications and deployment of COPICS MRP system across 10 assembly lines at the Hussmann Bridgeton factory.5. Created and implemented a home-grown Finished Goods Locator system and integrated with the MRP Assembly completion process on a very tight timeline. This project was a required application as a result of a multi-million dollar contract with WalMart.6. Led a team converting the data center scheduling of Legacy systems from ACS to CSC.
