Current• Architect of SHEPRA’s strategy in the development and implementation of Additive Manufacturing solutions to address the needs of DoD and commercial customers. Developed a holistic approach to developing solutions utilizing advanced materials and Additive Manufacturing processes. o Captured $5.25 million in small business research and development contracts for the development of carbon nanotube metal matrix composites to address challenges limiting the field of Additive Manufacturing such as mechanical properties, thermal solidification crack and other physical properties. o Completed Initial commercial sales of carbon nanotube metal matrix powders to DoD contractors, National Labs and AM systems manufacturers.o Influenced DoD doctrine to address technical, economic and policy issues that limit the utilization of Additive Manufacturing.• Provided technical, logistical and managerial support to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to address supply chain, industrial base, industrial capacity and raw materials issues that prevented the delivery of critical defense and COVID related goods and services. o Received Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) to manufacture N95 respirators rapidly design and produced using Additive Manufacturing.
