Holloway Human Resource & Management Consulting is a southern Oregon based consultancy offering comprehensive HR and management solutions to small and mid-sized companies. Since starting the consultancy in 2002 we have worked with over 100 companies with operations in 30+ states and 5 countries.Fred has over 35 years of HR and management expertise and has held a variety of management positions throughout his career in organizations ranging from start-ups to serving several years on the executive management team of a global division of a Fortune 500 corporation as Vice President of Human Resources for Worldwide Operations. His experience covers the full range of Human Resource management, and includes establishing HR functions and best practices, ensuring legal compliance and sound employee relations practices, multi-state and international Human Resources, acquisition integrations, business relocations and consolidations, organizational development and performance management, strategic HR planning, management coaching, as well as many others.

Taught 300, 400 & 500-level Human Resource & Management courses; facilitate workshops, seminars, participate in panel discussions, serve as an ongoing resource for students.

Guided the redesign of the organizational infrastructure to support the growth, effectiveness & profitability of an operation with 50+ employees in 5 states.

Full responsibility for all human resources, organizational & leadership development and HR operations covering employees in 14 U.S. states and 7 countries.

Designed and created a comprehensive HR infrastructure and led all human resources and organizational development efforts to support a period of six-fold organizational growth and a resulting employee base of 700+ employees.

Responsible for employee relations, safety & occupational health, security, facilities and administrative services supporting over 5,000 employees in 9 states.
