Responsible for the digitization of the two brands of the group in its different business units.My main goals are to increase online sales and build a good customer experience in after sales. I am in charge of a team of 6 people dedicated to customer service and lead management. Besides that I define the online strategy and I train the people.

At MotorK I helped dealers to increase their sales opportunities through the online channel.
