Mr. Jacome is an enterprising, resourceful entrepreneur with significant expertise in distance learning technologies, multilingual applications, team building, and project execution. He founded Blue Shoe Technologies in 1995, after managing the computer-assisted language development division for Duke University’s educational software department. Possessing a programming background, Mr. Jacome was responsible for developing innovative technology for online learning in the early 1990s, as well as leading educational seminars related to distance learning technology and software.
