This role involved gaining the trust of the customers as they would regularly invite us into their home to help find solutions to issues they faced in the first year of owning their new home. While I was working with Pulte Homes during this internship, my mentor became the top customer service manager in Las Vegas and the area I worked within (Summerlin) became ranked #1 in terms of customer satisfaction for the entire company.
