In the tech world, it's easy to get caught up in the latest trends and forget about the human element. My journey over the past two decades has been guided by a different compass: the HumanOS, the potential within each of us to grow and make a difference.At Arcanys Ventures, we've taken a different approach to venture capital. Instead of just writing checks, we roll up our sleeves and get involved. We invest our best people, time, and resources into late Seed to Series A startups we believe in. Our success is directly tied to theirs. As of mid 2024, we've backed 23 ventures and celebrated one successful exit to ASICS.The engine behind Arcanys Ventures is Arcanys itself, a place where culture isn't just a buzzword but the cornerstone of everything we do. We've created a space where everyone, especially minorities, can be their authentic selves. We focus on well-being, mental health, and lifelong learning, aiming to make Arcanys a place where people don't just come to work, but come to grow. This approach has been recognized, as we were voted one of the "Philippines Best IT-BPM Workplaces" in 2024 for the second year in a row.We also believe in extending our impact beyond the office walls. Through the Arcanys Early Learning Foundation, we've touched the lives of over 20,000 people in Cebu City, providing early education and helping to break the cycle of poverty. Our foundation was honored with the Silver OA Outsourcing Impact Review Award for Education in 2023.And because well-being is a 360-degree endeavor, we founded Arcanys CrossFit in Cebu.
