Managed all aspects of Global Production and Content Strategy for Peloton's Original Programming across all hardware and software platforms. Directly oversaw Production, Talent, Studio Operations and International teams comprised of ~150 professionals across multiple studios in New York and London.Led the team that surged productivity to ~1,000 classes per month, expanding from one line of programming in 2015 to eight distinct lines in 2019, launching Peloton's Bootcamp, Indoor and Outdoor Running and Walking, Yoga, Meditation, Strength and Stretching in the process. Conceived, designed, launched and operated Peloton's first ever Tread and Yoga Studios, launched Peloton's first ever International production studio in London, and managed all aspects of the strategic vision, architectural design and operational planning for Peloton's 35,000 square foot flagship studio in Manhattan.

Led strategy and business development for Fuse Media (parent company of the Fuse cable television network), with a particular focus on their digital strategy.

Founded a search data-driven, digital contributor network consisting of five vertically aligned content sites (spanning Home & Garden, Fashion, Personal Finance and Sports/Active Lifestyle). Managed all aspects of the business as its GM, including Editorial, Product, Marketing, Ad Sales, Business Development and P&L. Supervised a Product and Tech team and Editorial Staff of 26. Prior to this, managed Pronto's Sales and Account Management department, developing and executing merchant lead driving strategies for IAC's Top 10 US Comparison Shopping Engine.

Prospected, analyzed and developed numerous studio co-production and co-financing opportunities for one of the most successful co-financiers in Hollywood. Heavy relationship management with studio executives, production companies, agents, managers and talent. Worked closely with all of the above during all phases of the development of studio feature projects. Managed teams of 20-30 story analysts on a number of research and creative projects. Extensive experience with story notes, script coverage, writer/director/actor lists, etc.
