Fly540Africa was a Pan African Low Cost Carrier established by Lornho Aviation established to set up a regional route network in West Africa:Key Contribution:1.Member of a Project team which negotiated for route designation approvals and managed the certification process leading to the award of the Foreign Carriers Operators Permit enabling scheduled services into Freetown and Abidjan and Lagos. 2. Member of the team which negotiated and concluded 3 General Sales Agency agreements, as well as the integration of 540 DCS into 3 different DCS platforms at 4 West African airports.3. Led Operations and Marketing team in the Search and Selection of 40 Operations/ Customer service/Sales teams to manage 7 West African stations on the dual role concept. 4. Conducted Ground /Airport operations assessments, negotiated office leases, set up and line-managed a total of 40 Operations Control, Customer Service and Sales.5. Negotiated and concluded 5 standard ground handling/ Fuel agreements with Ground handlers and Fuel Suppliers in Ghana, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso and Liberia. 6. THE MGN PROJECT LTD -provided industry research, analysis and start up consultancy support to the aviation industry helping companies and stakeholders better understand the market how to maximise opportunities. Key Assignment to Air Shuttle:1. Conducted a Baseline survey /route profitability analysis on the Northern Ghana Air transport market and recommended Route, Station, and Business development strategies leading to the roll out of flight operations into Tamale and WA.2. Set up the Airport operations structure and Distribution network, managed the search, selection and training of station staff as well as the maintain oversight on the public relations/marketing activities leading to official launch of the service to the two destinations.

Managed Service delivery at a National Express Inspired Airport transfer service – pioneering a new transportation on-demand business concept - operating between London Heathrow and Gatwick International Airports into Central London:Key Contribution:1. Managed Dot2dot’s operations control centre with oversight responsibility for the Fleet management of 68 shuttles, Resource management of a 120-member frontline team and a 10-member operations Control and Call centre staff.2. Led and implemented the network capacity route planning process to generate approximately 150 on-demand round trips daily from London to and from Gatwick and Heathrow airports.3 .Managed the deployment of people and resources to fulfil the Service proposition ensuring that performance supported the delivery of the service expectation through the effective supervising of Competence management systems to achieve Dot2dot’s goals.4. Managed budget expenditure to maximise value for money - by controlling spending through cost efficiencies, innovation and planning to attain set profitability targets.5. National Express is a leading transport providing services in the UK, North America and Spain.Key Contribution:1. Liaised with train operating companies to plan schedules for rail replacement projects.2. Managed the tender and bidding process for supply of coaches from accredited Transport operators including inspections and auditing of transport depots prior to award of contracts.3. Assessed the design layout of over 50 train stations and airport forecourts nationwide to plan for the smooth transfer and loading of passengers from station platform to their respective coaches in line with approved health and safety standards.4.Resource managed controller teams nationwide on emergency rail replacement projects

Ghana Airways LTD was Ghana's flag carrier until 2005.Key Contributions:1. Overall responsibility for Ghana Airway’s Airport Operations and Ground Handling activities including the resource management of over 100 passenger and ramp handling agents to manage 19 daily international flight departures, arrivals, passenger transit and lost baggage activity.2. Member of a Special Services team, which assessed and revamped the airline’s airport product at the Kotoka, Heathrow, JFK, Washington Baltimore and Düsseldorf International Airports. 3. Project - Managed the transfer of international ground/ passenger handling operations from the main Airport terminal to a smaller domestic terminal to facilitate the refurbishment of the main terminal.

M&J Travel Group was a leading Destination Management Company in Ghana1.Co-ordinated the market planning and sales delivery strategy for the GSA airlines in the group - namely Air Ivoire, Air Burkina and Air Mali2. MUK Air was a Danish- Ghana joint venture domestic airline. It was the second private airline to start-up in Ghana. Key Contribution: 1.Negotiated with stakeholders, assisted in recruiting staff, developed a distribution network and eventually managed ground handling, business development and sales promotion at the Kumasi, Tamale, and Bamako Stations. 2. Developed air charter business opportunities in the West Africa sub region generating $70,000 annually as additional revenue to the airline over the period.

Golden Airways was a wholly Ghanaian owned airline which was the first private airline to start - up domestic operations in Ghana. Key Contribution:1. Successfully developed a brand image based on safety, reliability and affordability increasing market share to 50%, and maintaining a load factor of 70% over the period2.
