As an Attorney practicing in Gwinnett County, a suburb of Atlanta, I handle Commercial and Residential Real Estate Closings, the Facilitation of Short Sales on behalf of homeowners, Foreclosures, Eviction, Probate, and Estate Planning. In addition, I represent debtors in bankruptcy (Chapter 7 & 13).My Real Estate career began as a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser over 20 years ago. I was a Realtor for 18 years and sold hundreds of single family homes in the metro Atlanta area. In 1998 I began practicing law full-time, primarily in the area of Real Estate, conducting closings for a small law firm. In 2006 I started my own practice, primarily conducting residential and commercial real estate closing, evictions, and foreclosures.Over the past year, I expanded my practice to include the facilitation of short sales on behalf of homeowners. We handle all aspects of the facilitation, including...• referring the seller to knowledgeable Realtors, • obtaining and reviewing all required documents from the parties, • informing sellers of relocation options or seller incentives, • disputing invalid appraisal values, • closing the transaction. A large portion of our practice has been working with investors facilitating their closings using hard money loans, seller financing, wrap-around mortgages, loan assumptions, and cash sales. When the market slowed down, I diversified my practice to include representing debtors in Bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13). This area of practice provides the most satisfaction. I help people get out of debt and move on with their lives. Most of my clients come to me when they are at rock bottom due to financial problems. When the discharge of debts is obtained, their hope is restored and they begin to build their lives again. The ability to restore that hope for struggling families is extremely rewarding.

    I started my practice in 2006 and concentrated mostly in the areas of residential and commercial real estate law. We not only closed the sales or refinances of real estate but also drafted and/or reviewed shopping center leases, residential leases, and lease/option agreements as well as handling foreclosures for our investor clients. Since 2012 we have also provided a short sale facilitation practice to help our clients avoid foreclosure of their homes by either modification of their current loan or via short sale. In 2009 we expanded our practice areas to include bankruptcy law and I have successfully represented numerous clients before the Northern District of Georgia Bankruptcy Court. We help our clients get out of debt by filing Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
