Fred picked these up in his first year out of college and incorporated them into the way he worked. He was amazingly open to feedback and legitimately wanted to learn as much as he could from everyone around him. The improvement I saw in both his coding and working style over the course of the year were remarkable. I expect big things from Fred in the future and the only regret I have from working with him is that it ended far too soon."
