Serve as GSA's Salesforce Program Manager. I am responsible for the enterprise implementation of Salesforce in GSA, focused on the key three areas of application development, customer lifecycle and collaboration. My role includes the coordination and standardization of Salesforce application development processes, collaboration best practices and technical/strategic governance across the agency.

Implementing Salesforce as the de facto platform and standard for FAS marketing, outreach, customer service, support and relationship management across the Federal Acquisition Service of GSA.

Detail position with the GSA CIO working on cloud computing efforts in support of OMB and GSA. Worked to support the working groups underneath the Cloud Computing Executive Steering Committee (CCESC).

Coordinating gsa.gov contributors and authors from the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) of GSA. Integrating email, print, social media channels across FAS.
