Hired to address ambulatory clinical systems stability issues, projects delivered late and significantly over budget. Leader for all ambulatory EMR implementations, revenue cycle applications, and associated applications. I had 7 direct reports with 63 indirect reports in addition to vendor resources and an annual budget of $14.4 Million.• CIO, VP Operations – Consultant Doctors of USC Reporting to the CEO, I had full responsibility for all ambulatory systems and staff, including billing and collections. Retained specifically to address audit issues and facilitate the transition of 41 tax ID’s to 1. Budget of $24 Million with 10 direct reports and 167 indirect reports.• Program Director – Consultant Hennepin County’s Practis Reporting to the Metropolitan Health Plan Board with full responsibility for the division, hired to implement electronic medical records and revenue cycle systems for ambulatory clinics, then run operations. Annual budget of $3 million with 7 direct and 15 indirect reports.
