At Pharos Luz Advisors, we remove the feeling of "spinning your wheels."Prior to Pharos Luz, I served for over 25 years as a President, CEO and Managing Partner, guiding small and medium sized companies and serving on numerous corporate boards. As an Entrepreneur, Investor, and Chief Executive, my business experience extends to multiple industries including commercial real estate, financial services, banking, private equity, healthcare, information technology, and education. My success with developing creative Business Strategies began when I was the Managing Director of The Glenwood Group and its portfolio of companies, which included businesses in real estate, technology, financial services and education. After stepping down from Glenwood, I felt the need to share my experiences and wisdom with other leaders, as other leaders had shared with me. Since 2012, I have worked with over 60 CEOs and key leaders with private companies and as a Master Chair with Vistage Worldwide. Pharos Luz' plays off of The Lighthouse of Alexandria, sometimes called the "Pharos" of Alexandria and was one of the seven wonders of the world, and "luz" which means light in Spanish. My aim is to serve as a stable guide to leaders and companies in the stormy or calm oceans of challenge and opportunity.
