Movemeon is an online community based platform, set up by two ex-McKinsey consultants, with the goal of disrupting how strategy consultants and employers connect.As the 5th member of the team, I reported directly to the founders and our COO (ex-Boston Consulting Group). My remit was centred on driving growth within the business through effective sales channel strategy and client relationship management. I managed a diverse client portfolio, consisting of over 120 clients, ranging from seed stage start-ups to large international corporations (e.g. Deloitte, HelloFresh, Gett, Whitbread).Through this experience of working directly with a range of global businesses, I was exposed to a number of working styles and a diverse range of personalities and cultures, which sharpened my ability to adapt and remain flexible in my communication style.
