Delivered performance and driveability attributes for the Hydrogen Fuel Cell Powered Ford Focus program as the propulsion development engineer. Pioneered propulsion development testing and methods at Ford facilities nationwide.Lead the effort to define the requirements of and purchase an ATI based data acquisition system to provide a standard of data acquisition to validate the Propulsion, Dynamics and Braking attributes for the C264 FCV program. The system was designed to integrate data from the Motorola Vehicle System Controller (VSC) with various other analog and digital instruments added to the vehicle. Coordinated instrumentation requirements for C264 AP and CP vehicles and provided direction to Roush Industries to complete instrumentation build.

Completed computer simulation tradeoff studies to establish subsystem and component sizing required to meet performance targets for Fuel Cell powered Ford Focus program.Developed and validated Ford’s “EV Calculator” software -- a proprietary performance and fuel economy vehicle simulation software tool.

Achieved $11.07 reduction in variable cost per unit for Taurus/Sable fuel system components as Champion of the fuel system material cost reduction team (1997-1998).Steering & Suspension engineer on Taurus/Sable PVT (Plant Vehicle Team) at Atlanta Assembly Plant (1995-1997).
