Blue Ribbon Products Co. operates out of a new 85,000 square foot facility with 50 employees. Manage operations, sales, geographically-based sales managers, delivery routes, HR, M&A, and P&L. Present regular updates to stakeholders. Manage 30 supplier and 1,700 retail customer relationships.

Manage day-to-day operations of a 70,000 square foot facility with 50 employees. Oversee operations, sales, geographically-based sales managers, delivery routes, HR, M&A, and P&L. Present regular updates to the Board of Directors. Manage 35 supplier and 1,200 retail customer relationships. Co-manage contract negotiations with the Teamsters Union. Serve as the face of the company to the public, suppliers, and customers.

LaSalle Bank was headquartered in Chicago and had $116 billion in assets. Bank of America acquired LaSalle in 2007. Responsible for analyzing small and mid-sized businesses to prepare financial underwriting for a division that represented the senior debt portion of a private equity capital structure. Performed complete financial analysis with a focus on valuation, market position, and debt service capability through cash flow modeling.Successfully managed a diversified portfolio of companies with more than $100 million in loan commitments. Cross-sold additional bank products and services to the portfolio.Identified a previously undetected risk of bankruptcy and led the process of rewriting loan documentation. Presented to the Workout Committee and recommended divestiture, which resulted in the recovery of a significant portion of original investment.

Following First Chicago’s acquisition of American National Bank I was promoted into the Loan Syndication Team. Served as a member of the team with responsibility for fostering customer relationships and developing continuous deal flow. Prepared financial, credit, and pricing analysis of middle-market to large corporate syndication loans for presentation to the underwriting committee.Played a key role in managing loan transactions ranging in size from $10 million to $900 million.

Hired to the highly selective rotational Credit Analyst Training Program to provide marketing analysis and credit support for all loan products for middle-market business customers. Provided financial and credit risk analysis of public and private companies.
