I rally and nurture people to make life better. More than 25 years' experience in management; ten have been in senior management leading a mid-sized social service agency. Career highlights include the development and launch of a new evening support service for children from families with multiple stresses; milestone in fundraising in Singapore; international award at the World Gourmand Cookbook Awards, launch of Tommy Hilfiger's Freedom in Singapore. I am responsible for budgeting, client relationship building, counselling and coaching, culture transformation, communication spectrum initiatives from speech writing, editing, publications, media relations and communications, public relations, and product/specialty events and launches. At social services, I have been involved with programme development, policies and processes, human resources and volunteers management. I enjoy reading, watching movies, and cooking for my family. I have completed the Tokyo and Chicago Marathons and at least 20 other marathons. My DISC and CORE profiles are D and R, respectively.
