I am a registered architect with more than 25 years of experience. I have supported project teams in the healthcare, clinical research, science and technology sectors in all phases, scales and complexity. I have gained professional perspective on the practice by having worked with clients, consultants and contractors in different regions and cities in the United States, and a personal perspective on our work and the human condition from having lived and traveled abroad, studying in London and Spain, and a lifelong interest in placemaking and the anthropology of built environments.I strive to apply and translate a design sensitivity and sensibility, critical thinking skills, firsthand technical and personal experiences, lessons learned from project-to-project and the working relationships forged across my career, to raise the bar for integrity and innovation, professional excellence and quality in service and design, and to give back to a more civil society and sustainable future.
