I've spent my career in Sales and Sales Management including Marketing, Operations and Business Development. My focus has been in high growth markets helping build teams. I've enjoyed a successful career in Financial Printing, Cloud Software (SaaS) and Digital Media (Adtech). I began in Financial Printing based in London working for St Ives, then to Bowne where I helped grow revenue from $0 to over $10M, then RR Donnelley, with whom I moved to the US in 1998. I then transferred to SaaS at Conscium. In 2001 I joined IntraLinks in New York, also in SaaS, where I headed sales globally and helped grow revenue from $10m to $150m. Their IPO was in 2010. I then led Undertone's Sales, Publishing, and Operational teams based in NYC. Undertone is as an Adtech business and I played a key part in growing revenue more than 250%. I returned to Enterprise Software in Dec 2014 with WorkFusion, and subsequently in 2015 with Trustpilot, an online Customer Review Platform. I last worked fulltime in the Automotive space at automotiveMastermind, a behavioral analytics platform. I am heavily involved in Pavilion incl support for those On The Bench, as well as Exec Compensation coaching. I've been consulting since 2017, and since 2021 at Advisewell.
