I lead our training, quality, claims, agency recruiting, data analytics, pricing and policy compliance teams. Additional responsibilities include working on special executive projects and leading ouracquisition team. Responsible for the claims team since 2019 and pricing since 2021.- Develop custom reporting tools and KPIs using Microsoft Access and Excel for executive andmanagement use.- Manage capacity utilization analysis and pricing strategies to optimize gross margin andcustomer experience.- Coordinate pricing strategy for peak season pricing, resulting in an average price increase of 37.1% from 2021 – 2022.- Led the due diligence and integration teams for the successful acquisition of Bekins Van Lines (2012), Clark & Reid (2013) Stevens Worldwide Van Lines (2019) and Arpin Van Lines (2020), adding over $90mm in annual revenue.- Collaborated with key stakeholders to identify necessary due diligence. Managed the due diligence process including, creating the collection, distribution and tracking systems, distributing relevant information to key stakeholders, analyzing, summarizing and reporting results.- Worked with the CEO to create the ROI model that was used to develop the negotiation strategy and finalize the acquisitions.- Identified the availability of Stevens and crafted the initial and follow-up communication to Arpin and Stevens leadership used by the CEO.- Created a model to project the additional staffing and overhead requirements that would be necessary to successfully integrate and operate the new company.- Developed and led the transition plan and integration of more than 300 new agent partner companies across all three new brands. Agent partners were fully integrated and trained on all systems and policies within 45 days.- Negotiated agent agreements and extensions with over 200 agents.- Perform training and motivational presentations at our annual awards gala, sales training and hauling development conferences.
