Based on the success of event each year, a core group of business leaders came together with organisers in an effort to further develop and expand the EXPO. Together we will raise awareness on collaborations and links between commercial business, education, job recruitment and the community. Equally we will create a platform where B2B and B2C integration.

I built the business from scratch to an international organisation operating in 4 continents across the world. After I sold 50% of my company 2012 I then decided to successfully sell the remaining shares in 2015.

Dublin & London

I was originally employed for a 3 month contract that was extended to 24 months. I managed a recruitment drive to bring the sales team from 9 to 16. I identified who the better IT Sales Executives were in the market place and recruited 7 carefully selected Consultants. On completion of the original 3 month contract, I was then offered a Development.

Dublin & Scotland

Hudson acquired Apex IT Resources in 2001 making it the 3rd largest multinational recruitment company with over 25,000 Employee's across the globe in 32 cities. Apex opened its successful Dublin office in January 2000 - tripling its turnover & contribution to group profits. I joined Apex as a Consultant and was promoted to Senior Consultant within 6.

Starting as a Resourcer, subsequently promoted to Consultant reporting to a senior consultant before been head hunted by Apex IT / Hudson. Key Responsibilities Sourcing the right candidates and selling the job to them Maximising Candidate Information Fee & Contract agreements negotiation with clients & candidates Face-to-face meetings with Clients.
