I built the business from scratch to an international organisation operating in 4 continents across the world. After I sold 50% of my company 2012 I then decided to successfully sell the remaining shares in 2015.

I was originally employed for a 3 month contract that was extended to 24 months. I managed a recruitment drive to bring the sales team from 9 to 16. I identified who the better IT Sales Executives were in the market place and recruited 7 carefully selected Consultants. On completion of the original 3 month contract, I was then offered a Development Management position where I targeted new business for EDS and opened up new accounts and helped with the out placement of professional IT Contractors throughout the UK and Ireland. Apex opened its successful Dublin office in January 2000 - tripling its turnover & contribution to group profits. I joined Apex as a Consultant and was promoted to Senior Consultant within 6 months.
