Primary focus is to oversee the design production of interactive platforms and user interfaces, design and execution while also working as a hands-on interaction designer and UX/UI designer delivering outstanding interactive design solutions and ideas for such platforms. This includes; desktop, mobile (tablet and other mobile devices) and other web based user interfaces and platforms.As the Art Director I'm also responsible for providing art direction and leadership/mentoring to junior & senior interactive/interaction designers working on their project teams, scoping design phases of projects accurately and efficiently.While having an understanding and proven experience of Narrative/conceptual thinking (crafting stories and building brands through campaign level thinking and execution) the main objective/purpose and responsibility is to execute and lead the interactive/UI team & designers into Systematic Design and thinking/strategy to understand user behaviour and the execution of such when working on various UI platforms.
