Innovation expert, I have supported project leaders, entrepreneurs and start-up incubators for 10 years, involved in the financing and project development of their projects through human-centered approaches (Design Sprints, Design Thinking, Business Model Innovation). Currently Director of IDCAMPUS, I have set up services and trainings programs in Design thinking and Lean start-up to support organizations and leaders in developing next-generation products, services and business models, and enhancing organizations' innovation capabilities.Previously, within SOPARTEC, a start-up incubator, I enhanced 10 technological start-up projects up to their actual launch. My research in pharmaceutical chemistry led me, finally, to promote the discovery of molecules as well as biotech during 8 years at the University of Lausanne then within the EUROSCREEN start-up.
