  • Primary research focused on new Monoclonal Antibody to produce anti-HLA monoclonal antibodies thru hybridization from mouse Spleen cells and Myoloma cells.• Production of anti-HLA monoclonal antibody for Class I and Class II antigens.• Maintain and grow cell culture for transfected Human B cells, myoloma cells, and hybridoma cells. • Categorize for expression in hybridoma cell lines thru Flow Cytometry and Luminex Labscreen testing. • Run Gel electrophoresis to detect contamination in cell lines.• Antigen purification of different transfected Human B cells • Maintain Cell Culture and work towards a Banking Cell System• Run SDS PAGE Gel, allows us to detect the protein in the antigen that have been purified.• HLA Typing utilising the sequence-specific oligonucleotide (SSO) and sequence-specific primer (SSP).
