Coordinated the development of the new prototype design of both the independent senior apartment projects and the Great Wolf Lodge resorts. In December 2004, GLC closed on a successful $550MM public offering of its indoor water park resort division and was traded on the NASDAQ under the name Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. (WOLF) until April 2012 when acquired by Apollo Global Management.
