Highproof is a boutique consultancy with a service offering primarily within the areas of Sales, Marketing & Commercial operations. We conduct strategic analysis, develop solutions and capture results through implementation. Our assignments range from operations strategy through to implementation support that help achieve significant improvements, to follow-through ensuring a sustainable impact delivery. • Creation of the Bacardi Nordics organization in 2012. Delivery of the financial results for the Nordics markets. Lead the Nordics Lead Team and wider local teams (team of 35 in total). Member of the Extended European Leadership team & the European on-premise (Bars & Restaurants channel) leadership team. Senior member of the Benelux & Nordics Cluster leadership team.

• Start-up of the Swedish subsidiary Bacardi AB in 2008. Delivery of the financial results for Sweden. Lead the National Lead Team and wider local teams (team of 13 in total). Member of the Nordics & Baltics leadership team.

• Developed and executed the marketing strategies for Sweden. A member of the company’s Steering Committee, with two people directly reporting to me, I was a direct report to the Swedish Managing Director.

• Developed & deployed pan-Nordic brand marketing strategies, including creation of advertising campaigns, PR programs, media planning, primary and secondary packaging, sales promotion, market research, trade marketing, website development.
