Intelligrated was established in 2001 and was acquired by Honeywell in 2016 after growth to billion dollars in sales. International, fully integrated, configure to order, project delivery company with machine design, project and program management, manufacturing, construction, and customer service. Developed, implemented, and led Continuous Improvement Program consisting of Lean and Six Sigma techniques, applied to all aspects of enterprise. Manage enterprise quality function (hardware and software).Select Accomplishments• Worked with President/COO and VPs, driving process improvements to project delivery value stream, supporting 33% yearly growth as Intelligrated grew from startup to billion dollars in sales.• Implemented Balanced KPI (SQDCM) scorecard, improving first-pass yield, on-time performance, and material / information flow to jobsites.• Built enterprise quality function (hardware and software) from ground up, implementing formal feedback loop systems, robust RCA, cross-functional 8D methods, DFMEA, and agile / scrum.• Honeywell integration steering committee member and led integration of quality and continuous improvement functions onto Honeywell business model.

Selected by President and CFO to lead PMO for integration of acquired company (FKI Logistics), twice the size of Intelligrated, while concurrently holding Director, Continuous Improvement position.Select Accomplishments• Developed ERP integration strategy, cost estimates to integrate target company, reducing purchase price by $10M.• Led project migrating 2/3 of acquired company onto Oracle ERP platform, applied LEAN techniques and drove development of common business processes through collaboration and consensus-building with no negative impact to customers. Scope of acquisition: employees 550 to 1,800, locations 1 to 4, offices 6 to 15, sales increased 200%.
