Facilities: Site Visit on every weekend to train staffs- Visit 2 sites and provide on job training for all the HK staffs- What is Housekeeping?- Scope of Work- Chemicals usage- How to handle machinery & equipment - Behavioral attitude- Teach rules & responsibilities for Janitor, HK Supervisor, Pantry Boy. Collect updates from HK Supervisors- Collect manpower, material, uniform, machinery & equipment details.- Update the Operations Manager on all the above details. On 2nd of every month collect the attendance sheet- As and when I receive the attendance, verify the clients seal and signature.- Prepare the payroll sheet as per the attendance received.- Once the sheet is ready, check with Operations Head for approval.- Once the finance sheet is approved, collect the cash from Finance and distribute the salary at all the sites. Invoice Process- As per the attendance received, prepare the invoice for all sites like mandays, chemical, machineries, pest control, etc.- Flat management fee.- Send the hard / copy invoice on 5th of every month to all the sites.- Once the invoice is delivered, I receive the acknowledgement copy which I handover to Accounts Manager.
