I am actively a Plant Manager and completely changing the face of the plant. From safety to production we have increased across the board. I have worked 23+ years in the Army. Gained valuable knowledge and leadership there. How to treat people of all demographics as human beings and not as "Soldiers" go a long way. I have been trained in instructing, human resources, combat, and served in the role of EO and SHARP rep. Working with Amazon in operations has provided great knowledge but also confirmed some of the same. Treat people as human beings and they will produce great results. Running a building was a great experience for me as I had to run dock, quality, maintain cost, personnel and their growth, production, deal with vendors, and having tough conversations with Associates and Junior leaders alike. I was VP of two infinity groups as well as adding two projects that have saved our building and Amazon a lot of money. I am Professional Scrum Master and also agile trained and certified. LSS Blackbelt and OSHA 30 trained. I am also an AHA trainer and can bring that to any company that I am part of. Love people and excited to lead as well as perform and learn from leaders. Currently an advisor for Seton Hall's Customer Experience as well. I am learning Salesforce in my free time as I love to continue learning and growing.
