    Roles & Responsibility:• To identify internal recruitment needs and responsible for end-end process, from requisition to hiring, perform pre-screening and coordinate with technical teams for technical interviews and hiring decisions.• Coordinate with Project Managers and Business Development teams to identify requirements for strategic recruiting for new tools and technologies based on business forecast.• Reception of the new joiner, guide through and complete the joining… Show more Roles & Responsibility:• To identify internal recruitment needs and responsible for end-end process, from requisition to hiring, perform pre-screening and coordinate with technical teams for technical interviews and hiring decisions.• Coordinate with Project Managers and Business Development teams to identify requirements for strategic recruiting for new tools and technologies based on business forecast.• Reception of the new joiner, guide through and complete the joining formalities.• Collect all the required documents to be filed in the individual employee dossier.• Coordinate with IT/Admin and provide all the basic requirements: official email-id, access card and allocation of work station.• Familiarize the new joiner with immediate Manager, Biz acct manager, Ops team and Mgt team.• Ensure that all the documents are safe, secure and confidentiality is maintained.• Put together the employee dossier on the day of joining by obtaining all relevant hard copies from employee.• Have to maintain the Monthly Payroll Generation.• Ensure the availability of updated leave Policy accessible to employees.• Maintenance of accurate leave records of employees• Timely reconciliation of the leave data with employees as well as finance for payroll & billing activities.• Maintain a master data base of all employees with which we could identify the status of an employee at any time.• Ensure employees get the confirmation letters on time and the finance is updated with the financial changes, if any.• Analyze the grievance, find solution within the policy framework and if not available recommend outside the policy guidelines as required ratify it with Management and resolve with the• employee.• Facilitate exiting employees with the exit process to be followed and help complete their clearance activities.• Relieve the exiting employee with appropriate experience and relieving letters.
