At PolyOne, I monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and support services in order to ensure network and virtual services remain available at all times with a minimum of downtime. As a team, we address any specific issues related to user and site problems. Additionally, I have implemented and maintained a corporate strategy to standardize display services throughout the global corporation by implementing a highly available dockerized web service application. Currently, I am focusing on building a support team for this service through education and documentation.
