Having worked in service related employment for most of my life, I am good at connecting with other people and understands their desires and demands. Combined with a more than average technical insight, good understanding of computer systems and the ability to learn and understand new roles - I am a good candidate for evolving the role I work with. My ambition is always to improve, both the company and myself. I have lived in multiple countries and experienced different cultures and ways of working, which gives me a good perspective when working across borders. My English and Norwegian is fluent, and I am capable in Swedish and Danish.While I tend to use common sense in most of my day-to-day work, it is important for me that I have the option to structure my ways of working.   In a highly volatile procurement category as I work with today, the ability to make quick decisions based on technical insight and good communication with Category Management is key. Cooperation across departments, while keeping within designated budgets, is how to keep correct stocklevels while keeping the service level up to scratch. Although working with ERP systems is helpful, it cannot replace the importance of knowing the products and market well.Speaking fluent English and obviously Norwegian, I am fully capable of working with companies across the globe. Combined with the ability to gain knowledge and learn new systems quickly, as well as a well above average technical insight - my job now and in the future is doing something that evolves me, so that I can evolve the company I work for.
