Fred draws on his time at FERC as both a trial attorney and a legal advisor to a Commissioner, to inform his approach.Fred applies his engineering expertise and first-hand regulatory insight to counsel investor-owned utilities, independent power producers and transmission companies, energy marketers, large industrial consumers, natural gas pipelines, shippers, and other service providers with respect to project development, navigating complex transactions, and the full range of regulatory matters before FERC, the North American Electric Reliability Corporation, and state regulators.
