Including quality, backout plan, verification plan and scheduling of the change. - Incident managementIncident manager with on-call duty.Managing major incidents according to established routines within NASDAQ OMX.- Problem managementKeeping track of problems affecting the business service delivered to the customer. Including prioritization and remediation plans to resolve problems depending on severity and resources requirements. - Application engineerWhile my main focus is the Technical operations manager role I am still working with tasks in the role as application engineer.
