- A one-year scholarship awarded by the board of SSE to work in Hong Kong and experience the East Asian business culture. The scholarship is split into two different positions over the year.Events Manager (Jan - Aug 2020)- Had to ad hoc reinvent our events catalogue due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.- Organized approximately 35 events during my tenure. Such as seminars, fireside chats, networking gatherings and workshops, both online and offline.- Also introduced various streamlining and cost saving measures throughout the organization which amounted to over 55 000 HKD in saved expenses.Communications and Young Professional Coordinator (Aug - Dec 2019)- Responsible for the chamber’s overall communication, social media and graphic design.- Successfully taught myself Adobe InDesign over the course of the autumn and produced booklets, advertising material, backdrops and visual guidelines for a wide variety of events.- Managing the Swedish Young Professional Network in Hong Kong, organizing social gatherings and seminars of interest to the members.

During my studies at SSE I had the opportunity to work full-time within the Student Association (SASSE) as President of the Entertainment Committee and member of the SASSE Executive Board.In my role as president of the Entertainment Committee I had the overall responsibility for all alcohol-related events at the Student Association and organised events with up to 1 100 guests during a single night. The total budget responsibility throughout the year was 3,5 million SEK. I was also part of the SASSE Board who decide upon all operational matters within the association.

Worked as a sales representative at IKEA Helsingborg for three consecutive summers. I was originally based in the textile and rug department which was an exciting challenge for me since I had no prior experience with textiles but was thrilled to learn something completely new. Subsequently I started to work in the lightning and kitchenware department as well as I wanted to broaden my knowledge in the store.

Parallel to working in the store as a sales representative I worked sporadically with the logistics department unpacking and distributing goods within the store. A satisfying experience as I had the opportunity to see the entire goods cycle within the store and how different parts of the company cooperate to become as cost-efficient as possible.

Toulon Area, France

After graduating upper secondary school I moved to France to improve my French at IKEA Toulon. I worked at the bistro and at the Swedish Food Market after the counters. My tasks at the bistro were simple but my biggest obstacle at the store was the language barrier which was challenging and incredibly satisfying to overcome only after a few weeks. As my contract only was fixed-term I moved back to Sweden for Christmas 2014.

For two summers I worked at the nationally acclaimed café just down the road from our summer cottage. In my role as a "Kakgosse" my tasks were varied. I worked as a dishwasher, server and vendor. Thanks to the varied nature of my responsibilities at the café I had the chance to see all parts of the company and how it all came together in the end. Working with a lot of other younger people the experience was incredibly fun and I learned many things about teamwork, sales and communication.

During the spring of 2012 I was elected to the students council board as one of five representatives. One year lated I was elected chairman of the same board. During my tenure as president I worked on creating a culture at the school centered around yearly events which brought the whole school together. Also having the chance to lead a team was challenging but gratifying.

I was the CEO at a company I started with my dear friend Mollie Rönn-Holmström during a project called Ung Företagsamhet, The project focused around young entrepreneurship. Authentic UF offered affordable and stylistically pure leather belts to fashionable teenagers in the north-west part of Skåne. After the project was finished we decided to put the company on hold.

After several successful LANs me and some close friends started a company for organising our event "Vikenlanet". The biggest lan in the province of Scania, Vikenlanet welcomed over 400 participants and over a 1 000 visitors. As Chief of E-sports I was responsible for the tournaments and that they played out smoothly which was proven difficult from time to time thanks to the large amount of technology involved. I also received extensive experience in coordination and leadership.
