Genom att medvetandegöra personalen i aktuellt effektläge ges en möjlighet att undvika allt för stor samtidig effektanvändning och en beteendeförändring som leder till ett nytt effektklokt arbetssätt kan införas och befästas.- Det spännande här är att personalen aktiveras i att tänka på eleffekt som en råvara likt mycket annat i matlagningen och då något som ska hushållas med.Effektanvändningen i tid och rum kan även styras av ett effekthanteringssystem och på så vis garantera att en fix, konfigurerbar, effektnivå kan garanteras. Detta möjliggör även att en mindre anslutning kan väljas till elnätet och medeleffekten per månad blir lägre.Dessa två delar samverkar mycket väl och tillsammans ger de en reduktion på ofta så mycket som 50% av det vanliga effektuttaget.- Vi kallar det för Awareifymodellen – människa och teknik i en mycket fin kombination!

The company produces relatively mobile satellite communications equipment for broadband communication for military, emergency services and media companies (reporters in the field etc). The group works with a test-driven development approach in Scrum and they develop as well as maintain the company's products and related software. Tests throughout the ongoing development and regression tests of the existing functionality are the main areas of the testing activities in addition to participating actively in the Scrum team. Since it is microwave technology it's a little bit unhealthy to test indoor with regards to transmission that is so much of the testing is dpone outdoors which is quite neat. As test engineer at Sectra my main focus was to create and monitor the test suites for the radiation and image quality of the mammography system. In my work as System Architect I'm focusing on following quality and uptime trends as well as looking for possible cost reductions for the remaining lifespan of our company’s first x-ray detector. This is done both in-house and at our sub suppliers.

As Support engineer at Sectra Mamea my task is to focus on continuous improvements based on found generic system faults and bugs. Also the serviceability of the modality is a top priority to improve continuously in order to lower service costs of the system in its lifespan. Setting up and performing training of Sectra staff was a main task during the years.
