As a leader, I have been driving the merger of Operational Excellence and Digitalization in Manufacturing, both in terms of strategy and hands-on implementation. Experience of implementing and developing P&Gs Integrated Work System (IWS) in 20+ automated production lines and involving 1200+ employees. In my current role, I am responsible for developing a digital strategy and implementing it in an S/4HANA on AWS environment, with the aim of achieving greater speed and flexibility.
