Together with the CEOs and CTO, I make sure to reach set goals and within outlined timeframes. Business development, setting up report strategies/KPIs, calculations/analyses, translating between techteam and internal customers, improving processes with focus on overall efficiency, fills my day combined with HR-responsabilities and general problem solving.

Team Olivia has a turnover of ap. 5billion SEK with ap 200 business units (housing for people with special needs) in Scandinavia. My mission at Team Olivia was to build the facility management department, secure growth/building projects/negotiations and to increase overall facility efficiency. I work closely with business control and with general management in order to secure margins. Team Olivia profited from my structured and positive workmode. I enjoyed setting up the facility department and to interact with my internal customers.

My responsabilities were to increase overall efficiency within one business segment and deliverence in general. I was also responsible for our facility group with facility contracts/negotiations (ap 200msek). I challenged present systems/routines and worked closely with CEO/CFO and business control. Our goal was to reach 20msek in increased effiency for 2019. We reached 19msek which was above budget. Team of 8.

Academedia has a turnover of approx 15billion SEK with around 350 schools and kindergarten. Please note that when I started our turnover was 1billion SEK.Overall responsible for setting up the two departments from scratch including strategies/software/routines for procurement and facility managemet and establishing new school buildings and all negotiations with f.e propertylords. Procurement and facility responsibilities covered a yearly total spend of ap. 4 billion SEK. I am specially proud of our teameffort to be certified as the largest "KRAV-branded meal producer in Sweden" with more then 25000 portions being created everyday, under my foodteam´s supervision.My teams were well know for their high service level and consistent on time deliveries and we were awarded with "Best Operational Excellence 2017".I also worked as "problem solver". That could be organisation reviews or how to implement LEAN. Experience from working with Due Diligences and IPO.20 coworkers and 2 managers.

Sverige

I continuously climed the "career ladder" as our turnover increased from 60million SEK to 900million SEK in six years. I reporter to owner. Global, managerial experience. Responsible for implementing IT-systems, building business control routines and increasing sales etc. I was responsible for ap 60 coworkers and 5 managers at 8 business units.

Apart from working fulltime I ran a consultingcompany, targeting SME within the tourismindustry. I successfully helped touroperators to conceptualize and find new distributionchannels.

Scandianvia

After successfully completing my management traineeperiod I started working as resort manager in Sweden and Denmark. I am especially proud of successfully managing Skandia Life´s global summit at the resort in Åre and the turnover increase of 45%. I was headhunted to NTI and ended my employement at First Hospitality.
