    The Core Experience squad (formerly Rider squad) is responsible for the core journey of renting a vehicle in Voi’s Android and IOS apps.In this role, my focus was on backlog management, defining sprint goals and planning sprints with the team, co-creating backlog items and acceptance criteria, bug triage, release and go-to-market planning, evaluating sprint outcomes and incident management. This role involved a high amount of internal stakeholder management and alignment, including managing and synchronizing sometimes complex dependencies with other teams. Though my focus was primarily tactical, I collaborated with Product Managers and the team to define our longer-term roadmap, product discovery and assessing opportunities for reaching our OKRs. I also acted as incident owner in situations where the rider applications saw unexpected events that disrupted business operations and the quality of service.Key highlights: - I participated as PO in the most impactful (and fun) sprint in my career so far. We had two weeks to solve a time-critical business problem. The solution space was wide open. In a single sprint, we managed to ideate, select, refine, test and ship a working solution which had a high strategic impact. - Product lead for the successful integration of the Generation 1 e-bikes into the rider Android and IOS app- Product Lead in the initiative that revolutionised how user-reported accident data was recorded and shared within with company- Was part of the winning team for one of Voi's Hackdays. II was mainly responsible for the slides and presentation of the hack, but I also ensured a steady stream of coffee and snacks. Great times.

    In the Partner's squad we were responsible for managing and developing Voi's range of API’s. The goal of these APIs is to satisfy the data needs of cities where Voi operates and create new business opportunities through commercial partnerships. In this role, my focus was on backlog management, management of internal and external stakeholders, coordinating the launch of new partner integrations, creating shorter-term roadmaps/sprint plans, maintaining the API docs and collaborating with my PM colleague to define the vision and longer-term roadmap. Most of our effort went towards launching the flagship Mass PRO API, which enabled 3rd parties to create deep integrations and offer Voi scooter rentals in their own apps. As PO, I oversaw the initial launch of this API as well 10+ additional integrations.Key highlights: - Successfully launched Voi’s first-ever deep integration with a key mobility partner
