Area Sales Manager in Customer Service With full sales responsibility for France, Belgium, Switzerland, Africa, Japan and Korea.The position also includes project management of major technical development projects and establishment of area sales team.Great sales track and strong client relationships. Responsible for implementing LEAN methodology in our six regional warehouses and the global distribution center in Russia, as well as supporting all other markets in the region with their LEAN implementation. Improving our standardized processes with LEAN Manufacturing Tools and the philosophy of continuous improvements. Management of a project team of 25 people, located in our different warehouses in Russia as well as budget responsibility. Managed to achieve great results including big financial savings, major increase of productivity as well as getting a motivated team on board in all warehouses. Examples of key actions taken: re-design of production lines, improved processes and procedures, installation of new equipment, implementation of new type of KPI’s and a reward program.

Position: Automation Department for After Sales and Service • Technical support to our service technicians located on the field and also directly to our customers• Quotations and machine function upgrades to our existing equipment out in the field• Travel to visit our customers around the world to perform installation, rebuild, service, trouble shooting, advanced training and sales.

Service technician with working area for USA, Canada and Mexico City with base in New Jersey. Visiting our customers to perform installation of new machine lines, retrofit of existing machines, trouble shooting, service and maintenance of our equipment. This also included identification of opportunities for sales of spare parts as well as new machines. Responsible for Norden, Kalix, ADMW and Citus machines/equipment.
