Developed a business model for the second life of the batteries in Volvo Cars electric vehicles. When the performance of the batteries become too low for using them in a car, it is still many applications areas where the batteries works great. By apply a circular economy business model at these batteries Volvo Cars can extend the life of the EV batteries.
