Data Protection Officer And In-House Counsel
CurrentThe state owned enterprise of Svenska kraftnät is responsible of the Swedish national electricity grid (the transmission system); Svenska kraftnät develops, builds and maintains the Swedish electricity grid. I am working as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and In-house Counsel at the office of the General Counsel. I am in charge of the steering and monitoring of Svenska kraftnät´s privacy/data protection compliance (mainly GDPR). This includes provision of legal advice (including advice in relation to AI-based processing of personal data), drafting of internal policies, monitoring of compliance, provision of privacy/data protection training and data breach management. I have a deep interest in, and understanding of, AI-transformation and digital contracting. Main legal competences: Business law, contract law, IT-law, privacy law/data protection (mainly GDPR), cyber law. Main further competences: Procurement and business development. Main interests: AI-transformation and digital contracting.
