Had a 3% improvement of sales from the department after 3 days work. Also worked directly with customers as a cashier and on the floor employee. Have a track record of making a higher sales volume in the freezer department and on the spot sales towards customers. At a regular interval I used approximately 20 seconds to make a customer choose our higher quality products to try out. I was also recognized by customers as the always jolly fellow who never had a bad frown at work.Not to forget my people skills when working in retail. With a small storage area and a large volume of wares I had to make sure that we utilized our stores 110% to have room for both our offers and our regular goods. We had almost 1500 transactions a day at average targeting a large user base.As a customer representative I improved my verbal skills significantly and also managed to improve alot of my interpersonal skills. Started using my interpersonal skills to improve some of our products sales and was recognized by the leaders for my skills in selling wares to customers at the counter while scanning the products.
